Hotels and information
A number of rooms have been reserved in the hotels below for the Conference delegates. The fares are especially low thanks to an agreement between the University of Trento and the single hotels. Each hotel has its own reservation deadline, which we kindly ask you to pay attention to.
Delegates must make their own reservations by sending via email or fax the attached
form  (29KB)  (11KB) to the chosen hotel. Changes in the arrival and departure dates, cancellations or information concerning the time of arrival must be sent to the hotel directly.
We would like to underline that many of the hotels below do not have a large number of rooms reserved for the Conference, so please make your reservation as soon as possible and preferably well before the deadline.
Prices are in Euro and must be considered per room, breakfast included.

The additional list of hotels in the file attached (7KB) includes hotels where no reservations have been made, but which can be contacted by the participants directly by sending the form above. Reservations will be confirmed by the hotel managers, depending on the room availability.
