The conference fee will include registration fee, coffee breaks, a book of abstracts, and a get-together party.

Instructions for contributors
Talks: In all conference rooms there will be a portable PC, a overhead projector and equipment for videoprojection from the computer. Authors wishing to use a computer presentation will have to copy their files (through a CD or USB-pen) on the room PC before the start of their session. The computers in each room will run Windows XP, and will have PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader installed. Authors needing other equipment or software are required to inform the organization before the start of the Conference.
Posters: Each author will have a panel reserved: its dimensions are 110 cm (width) x 80 cm (height). The organization of that space is left to each author. Each author is expected to hang the poster during Monday; posters will remain on display up to Thursday evening.
Each author is expected to stand by her/his poster during the 30 minutes that have been allotted to her/him; during this period, the authors may give short oral presentations.
