A number of rooms have been reserved in the hotels below for the Conference delegates. The fares are especially low thanks to an agreement between the University of Trento and the single hotels. Each hotel has its own reservation deadline, which we kindly ask you to pay attention to. Delegates must make their own reservations by sending via email or fax the attached form (57KB)(42KB) to the chosen hotel. Changes in the arrival and departure dates, cancellations or information concerning the time of arrival must be sent to the hotel directly.
We would like to underline that many of the hotels below do not have a large number of rooms reserved for the Conference (numbers in brackets in the table), so please make your reservation as soon as possible and preferably well before the deadline.
Please note that in order to receive the special conference rate, listed in the table below, you have to download the attached form (57KB)(42KB) and send it via email or fax to the hotel. Do NOT use the standard reservation procedure in the individual hotel web sites.
Prices are in Euro and must be considered per 1 night, per room, breakfast included.
